Heat Pump Rebates

Since April 2012, McLean Electric Cooperative has offered rebates towards the purchase of qualifying Air Source Heat Pumps as well as Ground Source Heat Pumps.

  • Air Source Heat Pump Program

​A $100 per Ton rebate is available for Air Source Heat Pump equipment that meets or exceeds the following requirements:

HSPF 8.8, SEER 15, EER 12.5.

There is a 5 Ton maximum and the member must submit an invoice as well as the EnergyStar documentation before the rebate will be approved.

  • Ground Source Heat Pumps

A $300 per Ton rebate is available for Ground Source Heat Pump equipment that meets or exceeds the following requirements:

COP 3.3, EER 14.1

There is a 5 Ton maximum and the member must submit an invoice as well as the EnergyStar documentation before the rebate will be approved.
